Please note: We ship globally, with the exception of some areas in Asia and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. This gives you ample time to ensure your historical piece fits both your style and your story.

Return Conditions

To maintain the timeless quality of our collections, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity and hygiene of our intimate historical collections, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • 1920’s Headpieces and all other hair accessories (due to their delicate nature)
  • All Accessories categories from every era (1920s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s Accessories)
  • Custom-made or altered costumes
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events

We encourage you to choose these intimate items carefully, as they cannot be resold once opened.

Return Process – Step by Step

Returning an item is as smooth as a 1950s dance move! Follow these simple steps:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our vintage fashion experts will review your request and send a Return Authorization Number with shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside, and mail to:

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
